Client requested ‘SB building maintenance & joinery’ and no other company as he was extremely happy with works in previous home. So, we travelled to Booker bay & the outcome was great again.
Our client purchased a brand-new big house, but it did not have the requirements & allowances they wanted i.e. Miele’ fridge, freezer, multiple ovens + steamer, ideal laundry space, master ensuite design & lack of offices.
Located on the top floor this penthouse kitchen renovation was finished with high end stone tops & splashbacks ‘Caesarstone supernatural ultra Calacatta Nuvo’.
Interior designer & client requests; to have a wall mounted extra-large TV unit with 2 colour tone ‘white duck ¼’ poly & timber ‘Eveneer Ristretto’ veneer finishes, with 25mm open poly cabinets & 16mm black HMR cabinets.
We have worked at this clients’ home over 2 renovations & worked with 2 different designers. The goal on both occasions – to create better flow thought-out this home, fresh pallet & more storage.
This project was heavily detailed requiring 3D modelling plans & predesigned cabinetry construction. Kitchen Island pillars were hand routed to achieve our client requests & inset into joinery to look & feel as per the time era of French provinces.
Owner did not like enclosed old design, so together we have designed a new open plan kitchen layout & 2 entry points. White shaker doors in satin finish, thick concrete like benchtops & lots of ‘Blum’ drawers as per the scope.
Client requested lots of storage as this terrace style home has limited space & the best/nicest way to integrate this into such a home is with custom made joinery.
